Professional Experience

  • Jordon Greenlee is an experienced litigator specializing in employment and labor matters. She has successfully litigated employment-related claims in federal and state courts, as well as private arbitrations.
  • Jordon also provides employment counseling to businesses of all sizes, from large national organizations with thousands of employees to local Minnesota companies and nonprofits. For businesses that do not retain in-house counsel, she serves as their first point of contact when legal issues arise. In doing so, Jordon collaborates closely with human resources and management teams to ensure legal compliance while supporting the client’s strategic objectives.
  • While in law school, Jordon worked as a Director and Student Attorney in the University of Minnesota’s Child Advocacy and Juvenile Justice Law Clinic, where she represented clients in juvenile delinquency and child welfare matters. Jordon also represented inmates serving mandatory life sentences without parole for offenses committed as juveniles, a sentence found unconstitutional by the U.S. Supreme Court. During her tenure, Jordon authored habeas corpus petitions seeking sentencing relief to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
